Why
Encompass HK offers training and consulting in Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and diversity and inclusion, to help alleviate some of these inequality problems in Hong Kong and Asia. In the Hong Kong context, while business has a long history in reporting for environmental, social and governance issues in their reports, currently there is little expertise in Hong Kong to help companies to develop the SDG matrix and address these SDGs. Encompass conducts different introductory and advanced workshops to help organizations to better understand and implement their Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Encompass HK is a social enterprise that offers training and consultancy services to educate and support organizations to be more diversified and inclusive, including meeting global standards e.g. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Encompass HK serves the community by supporting different social causes and NGOs financially as well as through a collaborative model while delivering our SDG programs. We commit to reinvesting at least 60% of any net profits made into achieving our social mission.
Encompass HK will achieve these aims with a strong team of staff and advisors, as well as with partnering organizations that work with differently-abled individuals, senior workers, ethnic minorities, and gender and sexual minorities.
Our “Diversity and Inclusion Workshops” offer practical learning, tools and tips for organizations to effectively implement diversity and inclusion strategies and best practices in their workplaces, leading to enhanced organizational performance.
Our “Kickstarting SDGs” workshops provide the language, practical tools and tips for organizations to effectively incorporate Sustainable Development Goals in their goals and operations.
Team members in Encompass HK have expertise in delivering diversity and inclusion, and sustainability training for a broad range of subjects. Our team has delivered training for corporates, universities, high schools and other organizations. Encompass HK will customize your training, talks and workshops with interactive elements such as excursions, drama and experiential activities to deliver a truly engaging learning experience. We also work with different partnering organizations and consultants in promoting Sustainable Development Goals.

Aditi has been teaching language, communication and media courses to tertiary students in HK since 2004. She is a part of a gender-sensitive training initiative at The University of Hong Kong and an expert in ethnic minorities and youth issues.
